  Losing resistance after using the machine for 30 times

  The resistance of the right damper had disappeared after the machine was used for about 30 times since the purchased, the bolt attaching the right arm to the damper was also boken after that.   AWESOME ROWING MACHINE!

  5 replacement dampers in 2 1/2 months?!

  If I had written this review in the first 2 weeks of using this rower, I would have given it 5 stars, wholeheartedly!The assembly was fairly easy, even with the flimsy tools in the pack. After all, I had bought a rowing machine, not a set of quality tools! However, after replacing 5 (FIVE!) defective dampers in roughly two and a half months, the tools begin to annoy me just as much as this awesome machine.After 2 weeks, the left damper began to screech like a courting peacock. I love peacocks, but I can't stand the terrible noise they make when they look for a mate! So I wrote the manufacturer, and received a very nice answer, right after the holidays. They sent me a new damper ASAP. I changed the part (which was quite a workout itself!) and immediately noticed that the right damper had started to screech as well. I just couldn't hear it before, because the other damper made such a loud noise.
