    Fat Burning Exercises At Home

  • Sep 22, 2010 from nicky5(Joe Gagliano) in Lifestyle
    nicky5 Best Fat Burning Exercises
The best fat burning exercises don't involve fancy equipment, or anything that you'd find only in an expensive commercial gym. Instead, you can burn fat just as well in the comfort of your own home as you would in the priciest, swankiest gym in Hollywood. There are no magic fat-burning machines that you need to order from an infomercial. In fact, to do most of the best fat burning exercises, all you need is your own bodyweight.

Interval Training To Lose Belly Fat
One of the best fat burning exercise techniques is interval training. Interval training can be done using a whole bunch of different types of calorie burning exercises, including running, biking, rowing, or even swimming. You can do these weight loss programs inside or outside. It doesn't really matter.

The most important thing is that you do interval training, which is simply a little workout program where you exercise hard for about a minute and then exercise at an easy pace for a minute or two. You switch back and forth 5-6 times and then do a cool-down. That's it. You can burn fat and lose weight fast with such as simple fat burning exercise technique.

Bodyweight Exercises - The No Equipment Fat Burners
A second no-equipment set of fat burning exercises include bodyweight squats, pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups, lunges, rows and total-body abdominal exercises. In my fat loss programs, I've used over 200 different bodyweight exercises to build muscle and lose fat. You can do most of these exercises without any supporting equipment, but it helps to have an exercise ball for movements like Stability Ball Leg Curls, Stability Ball Jackknives, and Stability Ball Pushups, or a chin-up bar for chins, pull-ups, and bodyweight rows.

There are dozens of different push-up variations you can do simply by changing your hand position or by involving your legs in the fat burning exercise. Humans have been losing fat with bodyweight exercises for centuries, so it's a proven fact you don't need equipment or fancy gyms to lose weight.

Dumbbell Exercises To Build Muscle And Burn Belly Fat At Home

Third, I like to use total-body, multi-muscle dumbbell exercises at home to build muscle and burn belly fat. Most people don't know or believe that you can lose your body fat by doing only resistance training, but research and experience has proven this to me. I love that I don't have to do slow cardio for myself or for clients in order to lose body fat. In fact, I've been below 10% body fat for years all while avoiding slow, boring cardio. Instead, my workouts focus on using dumbbell exercises to gain muscle, sculpt the body, and burn belly fat in just 15-20 minutes per Turbulence Training session.
To get the most fat loss results in the least amount of time, combine bodyweight exercises, dumbbell exercises, and interval training for the triple threat of fat burning exercises to help you lose inches and get a flat stomach in the comfort of your own home. You don't have to do cardio workouts or other machine based movements to lose weight. In fact, the fat burning exercises I mentioned earlier, including interval training, have been proven to be even more effective for fat loss than 1980's aerobics style workouts.

    2011 Zero MX First Ride « bike4ride

  • Mar 26, 2011 from pritamkishor284(Pritam Das) in Entertainment
pritamkishor284 What if it was possible to bust out a moto right behind the house? Not down on the lower 40 acres, but in the backyard with neighbors on all sides. For most motocross riders this is a far-fetched dream. Noise is the biggest issue with bikes in an urban area, but an electric dirt bike like the 2011 Zero MX makes the impossible a reality. Zero Motorcycles has been producing silent, eco-friendly two-wheelers for dirt and street in its Santa Cruz, California headquarters since 2006. For 2011, engineers went from top to bottom on the entire line, including the MX, to standardize and improve the effectiveness of this emerging motorcycle technology.

Zero is expanding its California-based design and manufacturing with a new facility in nearby Scotts Valley. This is just the beginning of a major overhaul that aims to establish Zero as a global brand rather than a liberal California start-up. A new wave of experienced motorcycle industry executives have joined the e-team and are combining their extensive knowledge of the two-wheeled world with the techno minds of Silicon Valley. For as much as Americans love to hate loud, obnoxious motorcycles, the European market has potential to be an equal or better fit.

Zero is cranking out five different bikes for the new model year including the Zero S street bike, Zero DS dual sport, Zero X off-road trail bike and the all-new Zero XU for urban commuters. These are in addition to the MX which is the stiffest and most aggressive EV in Zero’s lineup. A claimed curb weight of 196 pounds has this machine flying through the air and whipping around corners. Like the X and XU models, the MX uses a new Z-Force air induction system power pack that is rated for a maximum 2.0 kWH from the lithium-ion battery. These Z-Force batteries have a quick-charge option that cuts recharge time to around half, which means the MX can be back on the track in just over an hour.

Great deal, hard to put together

I really loved that this item was both a bike and an elliptical machine, at such an awesome price. I wasn't very certain that it would be sturdy, etc because it is so inexpensive. But I am pleasantly surprised. However, the only reason that I am rating this four stars is that it took me three hours to put together. The directions are extremely hard to follow. 4/5 M. Williams (Lompoc, CA United States) - See all my reviews, October 8, 2006

    Good enough...

The elliptical is great, and I enjoy using it. It is definitely not as sturdy as more expensive ones, but you get what you pay for. It still works great. The computer stopped working a week and a half after I received it though... it's not the most important part, and I just use another clock in the room to monitor time; however, that was annoying. 3/5 M. Seeley (Dover, DE) - See all my reviews, October 31, 2006

    Warning about this machine

The machine is tilted forward at an uncomfortable position. Other reviewers said you could fix this by putting a piece of wood under the front leg, but I did this and the metal under the back leg cracked.I've had this machine for about a year and I've only used it about 40 times. I ordered the elliptical machine, but instead the company sent me the 2 in 1 elliptical machine and bike. By the time I realized this I'd started putting it together and I decided I liked the 2 in 1 even though it was not what I ordered so it didn't seem worth the hassle of contacting the company. The biggest problem with this machine is that it tilts forward to an unacceptable level. It's like you are riding a bike standing up and tilted 45 degrees forward rather than the horizontal motion you would expect from a true elliptical machine. But this is because it is essentially pedals attached to a bike, unlike the more complex machinery in a elliptical machine at the gym, but that's... 2/5 M.
